Teacher Gao studied martial arts, yoga, massage, hypnosis and some traditional qigong in his early years.
In 1989, he approached Zhineng Qigong, and since then his has devoted his life to Zhineng Qigong.
In 1990, he systematically studied the theories and methods of Zhineng Qigong and began to carry out the activities of teaching, treatment and lecture of Zhineng Qigong independently.
In 1993, he worked at the Huaxia Center as a teacher until 2000.
In recent years, he has been teaching Zhineng Qigong in China and Europe.
He hopes that more and more people will benefit from the new science and culture of Zhineng Qigong.
