Started practicing qigong at age 12.
1989 Joined Zhineng Qigong training classes.
1993: Worked at Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Training Center at the recovery division.
1994-1995 because of his exceptional job performance, he was appointed by Dr. Pang as full time secretary and was trained by Dr. Pang directly during the period. (from 1988 to 2001 less than 20 persons were appointed as Dr. Pang's full time secretary)
1996-1998: recommended to join the 2 year teaching training course, continue to serve at the center's recovery division after graduation in 1998.
2001: Zhineng Qigong center closed and started to work on his own, focusing onto healing and recovery.
2014: Invited by Hawaii International Qigong Institute, succeeded in healing a 3-year-old bone cancer patient.
2015: set up China Guilin Zhineng Qigong Recovery Retreat till now.
Major in handling/healing patients with: cancer, Parkinson Disease, Diabetes, stroke, spine problems.
